  Cancelled my appt due to a system error. Dodged my phone calls for 2 weeks. Then told me the next available appt was in 1 month. The worst part is I purchased discounted frames through them so I need to order my prescription lenses through them to get a rebate of the discount itself. Would not recommend.

  Booked online. Didn't receive any reminder calls until ten minutes prior to my appointment, when I was already parked outside, at which time I was informed that 'I don't know what was going on with the site but it shouldn't have let you book.' No bookings for at least 6 weeks. Do NOT recommend.

  This place is very disorganized meaning the staff don’t seem trained or know what they are doing. Also, overheard staff members gossiping/rolling eyes about a co-worker in front of customers. Not professional! Lastly, the employee (Blonde/glasses) couldn’t adjust glasses correctly then complained in front of that customer for having to retry. That’s your job. If you can’t do it, get someone else too or quit. The experience was unreal & the 1st eyeplace where it was nothing but issues one after the other. Get it together! Find better employees!

  I had to wait about a month and a half for my appointment which I wasn’t excited about, But the optometrist was absolutely amazing! I have to say too for a small town clinic the staff is very knowledgeable! They had a really great selection of frames and the staff was a lot of help/fun helping me pick out new ones. Amanda and Trish made the picking experience a really great one. They said it would take about ten days to get my glasses back but it only took 6!
